By accessing or using the Senndit website (senndit.com), subscribing to our email list, or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of Senndit after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

About Senndit
Senndit is a karting coaching platform operated by Alessio Lorandi — CIK-FIA World Champion, Formula 2 and Formula 3 driver, and co-founder of BabyRace Driver Academy.
Senndit provides karting coaching, onboard video analysis, telemetry review, and educational content for drivers and their families. All coaching services are delivered personally by Alessio Lorandi unless otherwise stated in writing.

Senndit currently offers the following services. Descriptions, pricing and availability are as stated on the website at the time of purchase.

Senndit reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time. Where a purchased service is discontinued before delivery, a full refund will be issued.
Purchasing a Service
Placing an Order
By completing a purchase on senndit.com you are making an offer to purchase the selected service at the stated price. A binding contract is formed when you receive a confirmation email from Senndit.
Pricing
All prices are displayed on the website and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Senndit reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed purchases already made.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Senndit does not store your payment card details. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Submitting Your Content
For video and telemetry services, you will receive instructions on how to submit your onboard footage and/or telemetry files after purchase. Your review will not begin until all required materials have been received.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Important: Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of our coaching services, refunds are subject to the conditions below. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Onboard Video & Telemetry Reviews
- A full refund is available if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before work has commenced.
- Once Alessio has begun reviewing your footage, no refund can be issued as the service is already being delivered.
- If we are unable to complete your review due to poor video quality or missing data, we will contact you to resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
6-Month Transformation Programme
- A full refund is available within 48 hours of purchase, before the onboarding session takes place.
- After the onboarding session has occurred, no refund is available for the remainder of the programme period.
- If you wish to pause your programme due to injury or unforeseen circumstances, contact us at [email protected] and we will discuss options in good faith.
Free Resources & Email Subscriptions
- Free resources carry no purchase obligation. You may unsubscribe from the email list at any time.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order details and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Delivery & Turnaround Times
Senndit aims to deliver all reviews and reports within the timeframes stated on the website and confirmed at purchase. Current standard turnaround for video and telemetry reviews is 48 hours from receipt of all required materials.
- Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Race weekends, high volume periods, or incomplete submissions may affect delivery time.
- If your review will be delayed beyond the stated timeframe, we will notify you by email.
- Delivery is via email to the address provided at purchase.
- Senndit is not responsible for delays caused by the submission of incomplete, corrupted, or unusable footage or data files.
Your Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when purchasing services, submitting footage, or communicating with Senndit. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your service without refund.
Appropriate Use
You agree not to:
- Use Senndit's website, content or services for any unlawful purpose
- Reproduce, distribute or sell coaching reports, video analyses or educational content created by Senndit without written permission
- Reverse-engineer, copy or replicate the coaching methodology for commercial purposes
- Submit footage of a third party without their consent (or a parent/guardian's consent if they are a minor)
- Harass, abuse or threaten Senndit staff or coaches
Safety Disclaimer
Karting and motorsport are activities that carry inherent physical risk. Coaching advice provided by Senndit is intended to improve driving technique and racecraft. By applying any coaching advice, you accept full responsibility for your own safety and that of those around you on track. Senndit accepts no liability for injury, damage or loss arising from the application of coaching advice.
Minors
If you are purchasing a service for a driver under 18, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that individual and that you have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.
Intellectual Property
Senndit Content
All content on senndit.com — including text, graphics, videos, coaching methodology, course materials, email sequences, guides, cheat sheets, and branding — is the intellectual property of Alessio Lorandi / Senndit and is protected by applicable copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any Senndit content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Your Coaching Report
Coaching reports and video analyses delivered to you are created specifically for your personal development. You may use them freely for your own coaching and improvement. You may not publish, share publicly, sell or redistribute them without written consent from Senndit.
Feedback & Testimonials
If you provide feedback, testimonials or reviews about Senndit, you grant Senndit a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content in marketing materials, unless you expressly request otherwise in writing.
Video & Telemetry Content
Ownership
All onboard video footage and telemetry data you submit remains your property at all times. Submitting content to Senndit grants us a limited licence to access and analyse that content solely for the purpose of delivering your purchased coaching service.
No Public Use Without Consent
Senndit will never publish, share, broadcast or use your footage or data in any public-facing content — including YouTube videos, social media, marketing materials or any other channel — without your explicit written consent.
Minors' Footage
We apply heightened protections to footage involving drivers under 18. This content will never be used in any context beyond the specific coaching service for which it was submitted, without separate written consent from the parent or legal guardian.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
No Guarantee of Results
Senndit provides coaching advice based on professional experience and analysis of submitted data. We do not guarantee specific lap time improvements, race results, championship outcomes or progression to higher formulae. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including driver talent, physical development, equipment, and race conditions.
Website Availability
We aim to keep senndit.com available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We accept no liability for losses arising from website downtime, technical errors, or delays in email delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Senndit's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Senndit shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses — including loss of earnings, loss of race opportunities, or reputational damage — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Safety: Coaching advice is provided for use on sanctioned, properly supervised racing circuits only. Senndit accepts no liability for any incident, injury or damage arising from the application of coaching advice in any other context.
