My formula career only handed me some wins and a bunch of podiums, but no championships unfortunately, and that, combined with a lack of funding, erased my chances of making it to F1. Because being the coaching group for just 20 drivers, there can’t be room for everyone. As soon as the spot will become available, you’ll be notified, sometimes it may take weeks or months for that to happen. Moreover I want to handpick each drive rmyself, to assure that we have the best learning enviroment.
Because my goal is to make this a private and exclusive group, where we can exchange experiences, questions & ideas without creating confusion. By keeping it small, I’ll be able to personally follow the progress of each driver and reply to his questions in a very personalized way.
No, it’s for every driver in the 8 to 13 age range. The only exception are kids driving for teams that are main competitors of BabyRace to avoid conflict of interest. That’s because I don’t want to find myself in the position where I’m teaching powerful and effective techniques to drivers that could potentially beat us on the track😅
Between 8 to 13 y.o. since my aim is to serve mainly 60 Mini drivers.
That’s because I believe kids less than 8 will not be able to take full advantage of the coaching I provide, not because it’s too complex, but because I believe they still need to get enough tracktime before even understanding some of the basic concepts I discuss.
To avoid conflict of interest, drivers from these main competing team aren’t allowed to join our coaching membership: Tony Kart, CRG, Team Driver, Energy & Kidix.
Being very experience doesn’t mean that you’re super quick and successful, yet.
If you landed here is because you probably believe you could still improve, and, by the way, every athlete in the world has always something to improve.
This membership could be your gateway to finding that last tenth of a second or even improving your racecraft and consistency, to finally win that WSK race.
If your son/daughter isn’t interested in this coaching program, or worse, doesn’t show up repeatedly to the live calls, I will communicate that to you (the parent) and we will cancel the membership to leave the spot to a more motivated driver. The payment of the current month will be refunded and the spot will be given to the first one in the waitlist. The max number of consecutive live calls non shows before getting dropped is 5.
The membership includes 2 weekly group coaching calls, one on Monday and one on Wednesday, where we’ll rewatch race videos, discuss racecraft tactics, study driving techniques, go through Q&A replying to questions and watching onboard videos.
Moreover, you’ll have access to 7+ online courses where I present important lessons to give you the edge on track.
There will also be a group chat so that you’re never left alone and be always able to receive answers to your questions in the community.
The maximum time you’re allowed in the membership is 18 months. That’s because after one and a half year there’s a decreasing marginal utility from the group coaching, and so it’s better to leave space to a new driver, who’s probably more hungry to learn and improve.

No, you won’t be able to rejoin later. Since there’s a waiting list, someone more motivated will be happy to take your spot and have it locked for the next 18 months. Then obviously the priority should be given to someone who’s been in the waitlist for weeks or even months.
I have a very strict zero tolerance in the coaching group. If and when someone gets bullied, the bully will be notified one time, and if that happens a second time, he will be kicked out of the membership, and won’t be able to rejoin anymore.
Yes, absolutely. I will create some monthly events where we will go through the onboard videos from our drivers so we can discuss them live.
