What I can speak to on the record
- The karting-to-Formula 1 pipeline — what actually separates the drivers who make it from the ones who don’t, from someone who raced the ones who did.
- Racing against a future F1 driver as a teenager — the Norris rivalry, race by race, and what it looked like from the other side of the grid.
- What karting costs a family, honestly — budgets, the spending that buys speed and the spending that doesn’t.
- Coaching and driver development — what changes a driver fastest, drawn from 200+ drivers coached and a WSK-winning academy.
- Data and telemetry in junior motorsport — how the sport moved from opinion to measurement, and what that did to coaching.
- Young drivers and racing parents — the parent’s role, pressure, burnout and the age question.
