Yes, of course—all video credits can get rolled up!🙂 So, for example, if you haven’t been able to upload any video for the last 3 months, you can get those 3 extra video reviews at any time. They won’t be lost.
Cancel anytime from your account. You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period. If you leave, your seat goes to the next driver on the waitlist.
Yes—30-day, no-questions-asked from the day you’re admitted. If it’s not for you, you’ll get a full refund and your seat goes to the next driver.
Your onboard video from practice, quali or race. High resolution, forward-facing, with wheel and track visible.
VLC, MP4 or MOV are best. If you’re unsure, upload what you have—we’ll make it work.
5–10 minutes is ideal. Include your fastest lap or any other lap you want to get feedback on.
Within 48 hours of upload (or 24h with the “express” add-on).
AIM, Alfano, Unipro. If you use something else, ask us—chances are we can still help.
No—telemetry is an add-on to the video review so I can connect what you did with what the data shows.
